SLOW FLOW
Mondays & Wednesdays (Wednesdays begin 4/22) 6-7pm at BREATHE Studio Yoga
Move gently amidst the warm salt lamps and moonlight in this calming evening slow flow.
SLOW FLOW pairs breath work with mindful movement in order to restore the body by stimulating achey joints and muscles. The practice gently builds and then slows down to stretch and soothe the nervous system. This nourishing 60-minute flow is the perfect way to end the day.

SLOW FLOW

This class matches movements to the pace and transitions of the breath, like Flow/Vinyasa, while giving time to pause in poses for greater intention and awareness. You're encouraged to breathe fully and deeply as we move slow-like-honey through warm ups, sun salutes, balancing poses, inversions, twists, and floor work, followed by a nurturing savasana to seal your practice.
Slow Flow invites fuller exhales, longer holds, and added mindfulness in transitions, plus more opportunity to give anatomy and safety cueing for a more stable and beneficial practice.

STRONG FLOW
Thursdays 4:30-5:30pm at BREATHE Studio Yoga
Our Strong Flow is a slightly more intense vinyasa, designed to build heat and strength. This 60-minute flow pairs breath with fluid movement and music to help you ground, center, and strengthen in each asana. Each class begins gently and builds for an exhilarating release, while allowing for modifications and progressions to meet your needs. Expect to release tension, connect with your body, and leave feeling refreshed and at ease.

SLOW FLOW + MEDITATION
Fridays 12-12:45pm at BREATHE Studio Yoga
This class is designed as a gentle bridge from movement into meditation- a space to unwind the body so the mind can more easily settle, and a meaningful reset fat the end of your week.
Midday is often when the day’s intensity peaks; when focus is sharp, energy is high, and the nervous system can begin to feel overstimulated. Rather than pushing through, this practice invites you to meet that intensity with something soothing and balancing.
We begin with 30 minutes of slow, mindful flow, linking breath with intentional movement to release tension, open the body, and downshift the nervous system. From there, we transition into a 15 minute guided meditation. With the body prepared and the breath steady, you’ll be supported in turning inward, cultivating stillness, clarity, and a deeper connection to yourself.
Ideal for all levels, this Friday midday practice offers a chance to pause, reset, and realign before moving into the weekend. Come as you are, and leave feeling grounded, spacious, and restored.
