Discover a gentle, supportive approach to yoga designed to help you reconnect with your body and cultivate resilience. This 6-week trauma-informed somatic yoga series is tailored for those seeking a mindful, choice-based practice that prioritizes safety, self-awareness, and empowerment.
Each class will blend gentle movement, breath techniques, and mindfulness to support nervous system harmonization and embodied healing. This series will focus on cultivating interoception (internal awareness), grounding, and nervous system resilience.
Through guided exploration, you will:
Develop a greater sense of safety and ease in your body
Learn tools for grounding, self-regulation, and nervous system support
Gently release stored tension through mindful movement
Strengthen self-compassion and embodied boundaries
Cultivate resilience and empowerment in a way that feels right for you
This series is open to all levels. Modifications and choices will always be offered, ensuring a practice that feels safe and accessible.
No yoga experience is necessary.
