While group classes offer a beautiful opportunity to connect with community, private sessions can offer a more personalized experience, deepen our understanding of ourselves and offer us exactly what we need in present time. You can come to these sessions with a specific focus in mind or Heather will help you map out a plan based on your history, needs and current physical assessment.

Sessions can include:

  • Strength training

  • Mobility + flexibility training

  • Somatic embodiment practices

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Working with chronic pain and injuries

  • Movement + wellness plan

These sessions are currently offered online through Zoom.

Sessions can be recorded and will be sent to you within 48 hours.
